Penguins obtain F Cody Glass, trade F Jordan Frasca to Predators

On Tuesday, the Nashville Predators acquired forward Cody Glass, a 2025 third-round draft pick, and a 2026 sixth-round draft pick from the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for forward Jordan Frasca.

Glass, who was the No. 6 overall pick in the 2017 draft by the Vegas Golden Knights, recorded 13 points (six goals, seven assists) in 41 games with the Predators last season. In his career, he has accumulated 71 points (29 goals, 42 assists) in 187 games with the Golden Knights (2019-2021) and Predators (2021-2024).

Frasca, who joined the Penguins as an undrafted free agent in 2022, split his time between the ECHL's Wheeling Nailers and AHL's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the 2022-2023 season, recording 12 points (seven goals, five assists) in a total of 44 games.

During the 2023-2024 season, Frasca primarily played for Wheeling and had career-highs in goals (11), assists (22), and points (33).
