'Diablos extend one-year deal to F Nolan Foote'

The New Jersey Devils renewed the contract of forward Nolan Foote for a period of one year, with a two-way agreement on Monday.

The value of the contract is set at $825,000 in the NHL and $150,000 in the American Hockey League.

At the age of 23, Foote only managed to score one goal in four games for the Devils last season, as he spent most of the year recovering from a back injury.

Having been drafted in the first round in 2019, Foote has played a total of 23 games for the Devils, scoring six goals and providing two assists.
