The Los Angeles Chargers' rookie wide receiver, Ladd McConkey, is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against the Baltimore Ravens. However, despite a shoulder issue, he is expected to play, according to a report from NFL Network.

McConkey was absent from practice on Thursday and had limited participation on Friday and Saturday. Another key player, star linebacker Khalil Mack, who was also questionable due to a groin injury, is expected to play as well, the report states.

In preparation for the game, the Chargers (7-3) made several roster moves on Monday. This included placing tight end Hayden Hurst on injured reserve due to a hip injury, activating cornerback Deane Leonard from IR, signing cornerback Eli Apple from the practice squad, and elevating linebacker Caleb Murphy and safety Tony Jefferson for game day.

McConkey, who was drafted in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft from Georgia, has started in nine of the 10 games he has played this season. He has 43 receptions on 63 targets for 615 yards and four touchdowns.

Mack, a three-time first-team All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowl selection, has started in nine of the games he has played this season. He has 26 tackles and 4.5 sacks so far.

Throughout his career, Mack has played in 160 games (159 starts) and has accumulated 617 tackles, 106 sacks, 141 tackles for loss, 178 quarterback hits, three interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), 32 forced fumbles, and 13 fumble recoveries. He has played for the Raiders, Chicago Bears, and now the Chargers.

Hurst, who is in his first season with the Chargers, has started in two of the seven games he has played. He has seven receptions on 12 targets for 65 yards.

Originally drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round (25th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft from South Carolina, Hurst has played for multiple teams throughout his career, including the Atlanta Falcons, Cincinnati Bengals, Carolina Panthers, and now the Chargers.

Apple, who was drafted 10th overall in the 2016 draft, has two tackles in three games this season with the Chargers. In his career, he has 383 tackles and six interceptions in 101 games (82 starts) for the New York Giants, New Orleans Saints, Panthers, Bengals, Miami Dolphins, and Chargers.

Leonard, who recently turned 25, has four tackles in four games this season. He has been on injured reserve since October, but his 21-day practice window opened on Wednesday.
