"Alleged Assault in Dallas: Chiefs' Rashee Rice Under Investigation, Reports Say"

Dallas police are investigating an alleged assault involving Rashee Rice, a wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs. According to reports from WFAA and the Dallas Morning News, Rice is considered a suspect in an incident that occurred outside a nightclub early Monday morning. The victim, a photographer, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a man.

As of Tuesday evening, no charges have been filed and Rice's attorney has declined to comment on the matter. This is not the first time Rice has been in trouble with the law in Dallas. In March, he turned himself in to police after being connected to a six-car crash. He currently faces charges of aggravated assault, collision involving serious bodily injury, and collision involving injury.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by the Dallas Morning News, Rice was driving at a speed of 119 mph before the accident. His friend and former SMU teammate, Teddy Knox
