"Alleged Assault in Dallas: Reports Link Chiefs' Rashee Rice as Suspect"
Dallas police are investigating an alleged assault involving Rashee Rice, a wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs. According to reports from WFAA and the Dallas Morning News, Rice is considered a suspect in an incident that occurred outside a nightclub early Monday morning. The victim, a photographer, was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a man.
As of Tuesday evening, no charges have been filed and Rice's attorney has declined to comment on the matter. This is not the first time Rice has been in trouble with the law in Dallas. In March, he turned himself in to police after being connected to a six-car crash. He currently faces charges of aggravated assault, collision involving serious bodily injury, and collision involving injury.
