"Announcement: Missouri Quarterback Drew Pyne Joins Transfer Portal"
Missouri signal-caller Drew Pyne is set to join the transfer portal as a graduate transfer, according to multiple reports on Tuesday.
Pyne will be searching for his fourth university in four years, having previously spent time at Notre Dame (2020-22), Arizona State (2023), and Missouri.
Last season, Pyne saw action in six games and started one when starting quarterback Brady Cook was injured. He ended the season with 391 yards, three touchdowns, and three interceptions.
During the offseason, Missouri also added former Penn State backup quarterback Beau Pribula to their roster through the portal. Pribula will compete against Sam Horn and true freshman Matt Zollers for the starting role.
Due to his graduate status, Pyne was able to enter the portal before the spring transfer window for the sport, which runs from April 16-25.
