Ex-Gonzaga Guard Luka Krajnovic to Compete in Home Country of Croatia

After spending one year at Gonzaga, Luka Krajnovic will return to his home country of Croatia to continue his career in basketball.
Krajnovic shared on his Instagram that he will be playing for KK Cedevita's junior team in his hometown of Zagreb for the upcoming season.
The 6-foot-5, 185-pound shooting guard had an average of 3.1 points, 1.4 rebounds, 0.6 assists, and 8.7 minutes in 15 games during his first year as a Bulldog in 2023-24. He had a shooting percentage of 46.7, with 33.3% from beyond the arc (3 of 9).
Krajnovic was unable to play in nine games at the beginning of the season due to a hand injury and was also absent for the Sweet 16 game against Purdue because of an illness. He served as a backup for starting guards Ryan Nembhard and Nolan Hickman, as well as freshman wing Dusty Stromer.
Krajnovic and 6-9 freshman forward Pavle Stosic from Serbia were the only players on scholarship from last season's team to enter the transfer portal. Stosic has committed to Utah State.
