"Arkansas Guard Boogie Fland Enters Transfer Portal While Preparing for NBA Draft"

According to multiple reports on Tuesday, Boogie Fland, the point guard for Arkansas, who had previously announced his intention to enter the NBA draft, has also joined the transfer portal.
Fland's main focus is on the upcoming draft in June, but he decided to enter the transfer portal before the deadline at midnight in order to keep his options open, as reported.
Fland was a highly sought-after player in high school, earning a five-star rating and being recognized as one of the top guards in his class. He initially committed to Kentucky, but was later released from his letter of intent and followed coach John Calipari to Arkansas.
In his time with the Razorbacks, Fland appeared in 21 games, starting in 18 of them. He averaged 13.5 points, 5.1 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game, while shooting 34 percent from beyond the arc. He missed a large portion of the regular season due to a hand injury, but returned for the NCAA Tournament, where he came off the bench in games against Kansas, St. John's, and Texas Tech.
Despite a rough start to their season, with an 0-5 record in Southeastern Conference play, Arkansas (22-14) managed to qualify for the NCAA Tournament and make it to the Sweet 16 in Calipari's first year as head coach.
