Arizona secures commitment from highly-rated G Brayden Burries
Highly-touted shooting guard Brayden Burries, ranked as the 11th top prospect in the Class of 2025, officially committed to Arizona on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-4 athlete from Roosevelt High School in San Bernardino, Calif., ultimately chose the Wildcats over 30 other offers, including Alabama, Oregon, Tennessee, and Southern Cal.
Burries becomes the second 5-star recruit to join Arizona's roster in the past two weeks, joining forward Koa Peat.

During his announcement on ESPN, Burries cited the strong relationship and trust he has built with head coach Tommy Lloyd and his staff as the deciding factor in his decision. He also praised Lloyd's coaching style, which allows for guards to thrive on the court.
According to the 247Sports composite rankings, Burries is the second-best combo guard and third-best player in California for his class.
