Goga Bitadze grabbed 15 rebounds as the Magic secured their seventh win in eight games.
Anthony Davis had an impressive performance for the Lakers with 39 points and nine rebounds, but missed 3 of 4 free-throw attempts in the final 27 seconds and a potential game-winning 18-foot jumper at the buzzer. Los Angeles struggled from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter, shooting just 3-for-9.

The Toronto Raptors also secured a win, defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves 110-105. RJ Barrett led the way with 31 points, while Scottie Barnes added 17 points and six assists in his return from injury. Anthony Edwards had 26 points for the Timberwolves, but it wasn't enough to break their 20-game losing streak in Toronto.
