Announcement: Bulls to Add F Kenneth Lofton Jr. to Roster
Unrestricted forward Kenneth Lofton Jr. is set to ink a one-year deal with the Chicago Bulls, according to a report from The Athletic on Friday.
The 22-year-old Lofton suited up for three different teams last season -- the Memphis Grizzlies, Philadelphia 76ers, and Utah Jazz -- and recorded a combined stat line of 4.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 9.5 minutes in 21 games.
During his brief stint with the Jazz, Lofton put up impressive numbers, averaging 13.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 22.8 minutes in four games. However, he was waived by Utah on July 24.
The Louisiana Tech product, who went undrafted, also spent time with the Grizzlies during the 2022-23 season. For his career, he holds averages of 4.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 8.3 minutes in 45 games (one start).
